Specialising in the strategic design of mental health services for businesses, she develops clinical frameworks and occupational mental health and wellbeing programs tailored to specific organisational needs.
Currently the Head of Mental Health & Wellbeing at Resilient Minds (FitBack Physiotherapy), her versatile career includes senior leadership roles and a tenure as a Lecturer in CBT at the University of Hull. As a certified ADHD clinical specialist and neurodiversity coach, Clare brings a breadth of knowledge to supporting diverse workforce requirements.
