Anna Earl

Anna Earl is a nutritional therapist specialising in nutrition and lifestyle practices to support shift workers. Shift work puts you at an increased risk of a range of chronic health conditions. Anna has personal experience of shift work and has studied the field of Chrono-nutrition; the relationship between our 24-hour body clocks, food intake and timing, digestion and health. She delivers solution-based programmes to promote health and energy whilst navigating shift work.

Alongside her private practice, Anna worked as the nutritional consultant for the National Police Wellbeing Service. She is a member of the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety, (PACTS.org) advising on nutrition and its relationship with fatigue, aiming to reduce poor road user behaviour
